Initially working out of a small office, Lexington quickly grew to occupy several floors of a downtown office building, and is now operating from a state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot campus. As the Internet boomed Lexington Law was the first to establish a comprehensive credit resource online.

Rather than rely on high-pressure sales tactics, Lexington Law chose a strategy rooted in the belief that consumers should be given full disclosure about the process and encouraged to make informed decisions on their own. As demand for credit information surged, so did demand for its service. The firm soon added new attorneys and expanded its legal staff in order to meet the growing popularity of its program.

More than a decade later Lexington is still reshaping the industry it founded through innovative credit report repair solutions and exemplary client service. Lexington Law attributes its success to cultural ethics and guidelines which every team member is asked to observe. First, remain innovative. Employees are encouraged and empowered to test new methods and ideas, even if these ultimately fail.

Second, the workplace is an arena for personal growth. Paralegals, as well as attorneys, are asked to attend seminars focusing on self-improvement. Individuals are expected to carry the values and experiences from these seminars back into the workplace.

Finally, provide outstanding client service. While Lexington’s quality and scope of client service remains unrivaled in the industry, the firm continues to develop new ways for improving its services based directly on client and visitor feedback.

Worthless experience!! I paid the premium fee for about 6 months or so. Credit rating went from 620 to 575. They refused to do anything except send form letters to creditors. Anytime I asked a question the response was, “i suggest you contact a lawyer and ask them”!!!! Unbelievable. When asked why I should pay them to send form letters they had no response. Emails were not answered.

I can’t say enough negative things about Lexington Law:
First, I never got a coherent reply to my numerous emails– not from my designated paralegal or anyone else. In fact, the reply usually came from someone else that I had never dealt with.
Second, they were completely unresponsive to the courses of action I designated in my fancy-looking, online “case valet.” There were items in my credit report that were correct, that I told them to ignore, and they still kept trying to dispute them. Conversely, there was one item that just needed to be updated with one bureau, and after FOUR MONTHS there is no change on my credit report.
Third, I got the chance to see some of the dispute letters they sent on my behalf when they were returned do to errors in the addressee line. They were HORRIBLE– not only were they outside the scope of a credit dispute, they were filled with bad grammar and punctuation errors, and SIGNED WITH MY NAME!!! I honestly believe Lexington is in the business of outsourcing foreign nationals to type up mass letters and ‘spam’ creditors and credit bureaus into submission.
Fourth, I repeatedly requested copies of all letters written on my behalf, and received no reply. I shudder to think about all the unintelligible letters out there bearing by forged signature. I also worry about the number of unsavory people that have access to my name, address, social security number and financial information, courtesy of a part-time job writing spam letters for Lexington Law.
Fifth, after I requested cancellation, citing all of the reasons above, their only reply was that they were going to charge me for another month.
Finally, I should mention that I chose the most expensive level of service offered. I’d hate to see the bargain package.
My score for Lexington: 0

I finally did get some response from Lexington and a partial refund–after I went to the Better Business Bureau. Too bad they didn’t just answer my emails.

Horrible Service–I’m amazed they are still in business.
