They refused to do anything except send form letters to creditors. Anytime I asked a question the response was, "i suggest you contact a lawyer and ask them"!!!! Unbelievable. When asked why I should pay them to send form letters they had no response. Emails were not answered. Worthless experience!! I paid the premium fee for about 6 months or so.
